Kimberly Caldwell is an American R&B singer who became famous as a contestant on the second season of the reality television show, "American Idol".

Kimberly started singing at the age of five.

Kimberly Caldwell has performed in a weekly country music radio program "Grand Ole Opry".

She also sung at the 50th wedding anniversary of former President George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush in 1995.

Before appearing on "American Idol", Caldwell has performed on the second and final season of reality television show "Popstars: USA" [2001].

She has participated in the second season of "American Idol" in 2003 which began on January 21st, 2003 and ended on May 21st, 2003.

"American Idol" is a FOx's American singing competition show. The show first started on June 11th, 2002 hosted by Ryan Seacrest and soon become the most famous show on American Television. Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul were the three judges of the second season of "American Idol".
